Updating Your Subscription

Upgrading your subscription #

  • You can upgrade you subscription at any time by going to ‘Practice Manager’ –> ‘Settings’ –> ‘Manage Subscription

Auto upgrade of subscription #

  • To avoid any interruptions to your sessions. If you have already entered payment details and you are nearing the time limit of your current subscription plan, we will alert you via email and via notifications on your ‘Practice Manager’ screen that your are nearing your limit. If you reach your limit during a session you will be automatically moved to next the subscription tier to avoid your session being interrupted. If you don’t want to remain on the upgraded tier you can change this by going to  ‘Practice Manager’ –> ‘Settings’ –> ‘Manage Subscription

Downgrading your subscription #

  • Any downgrades of your subscription level will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You can see the date of your subscription renewal by going to ‘Practice Manager’ –> ‘Settings’ –> ‘Manage Subscription

Cancelling your subscription #

  • Paid subscriptions can be cancelled by going to ‘Practice Manager’ –> ‘Settings’ –> ‘Manage SubscriptionAnd then selecting the ‘Occasional’ free tier. This will automatically cancel your paid subscription but allow you to continue using the platform within the limits of the free membership option
  • We’re always genuinely grateful for any feedback you might have as to why you’re cancelling so we can learn lessons and make improvements. Give feedback
  • If you’re sure you won’t ever want to use your account again and don’t want the option to use the free version of our tool then let us know and we can completely delete your account on request.
