Reset Your Password

If you have forgotten your password: #

Go to the login screen

On the login screen select ‘Forgotten Password’.

Enter your email address that is linked to your Bilateral Base account

You will then be sent an email with a link that will allow you to reset/change your password

 

If you want to change your password: #

Go to ‘Settings’ from your Practice Manager

Under ‘Account Details’ select ‘Change Password’
