Improving Your Internet Speed

Video calls are data intensive and so your internet connection needs to be running as efficiently as possible

If your internet connection is slow or not performing as you believe it should be then try the following:

• Reset your internet connection – For a standard home internet connection you can ensure it is running optimally by turning your router off and on again.
• If you are using wifi it may be that you are too far away from your wifi router. Try moving closer and see if this improves the speed of your connection (use https://www.speedtest.net/ to test this)
